OverviewEast West Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Entertainment Lending. Primary function will be to assist in financial analysis and underwriting as well as loan documentation review. Perform analysis of financial statements and cash flow projections of Entertainment clients. Research distributors and provide distributor summaries. Assist in loan monitoring and loan operations such as borrowing base review, advance requests, loan tracking, etc.
Responsibilities Manages and oversees loan/deposit portfolio for Relationship Managers (RMs)Cross-sell deposit, trade, treasury management, foreign exchange, private banking, asset management, and other services to our existing client base as well as prospectsWork with team in reviewing existing creditsPerform other administrative duties required for the maintenance of a portfolio of clientsEnsure the portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship is in compliance with established EWB credit policy, procedure and business strategy as well as commercial and regulatory guidelinesAs appropriate to experience, co-manage relationships by analyzing financial data to determine the merits of specific loan requests, and recommend structure as well as manage the client relationshipResponsible for credit risk and quality of the portfolioAssist with due diligence/analysis on new client relationships and opportunity memos as appropriatePartner with the RMs as the point of a contact for the client; acting as a liaison to the credit department, the commercial support staff and other internal business partnersMay provide advice and counsel to clients regarding trends and conditions of the business environment, capital markets and general banking trendsMonitor loan repayment activities and financial condition of borrowing clients and take necessary action to collect past due accounts and ongoing repayment ability of all other accountsMay assume overall responsibility for the credit quality of the loan portfolioPerform other duties and special projects as needed Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and directly related experienceExperience in the Entertainment Industry with general knowledge of entertainment finance is preferred. Minimum of 5 yrs of underwriting experience with a solid credit and accounting background. Must have a working knowledge of excel & word.Demonstrates strong underwriting and projection skillsStrong understanding of credit policy and procedures and is able to accurately risk-rate loans/credits, evaluates both cash-flow and collateral-based loans/creditsThrive for success and able to work under minimum supervision

Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $160,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
