THE JOB Live Nation is seeking a Premium Operations Supervisor at Coca-Cola Amphitheater in Birmingham, AL. This position will report to Venue Management (General Manager and Operations Manager) and work directly with the venue’s Premium Sales team. In partnership with the Premium Sales and Service (PSS) team, the Premium Operations Supervisor will assist in all aspects of the Premium Services experience – including but not limited to the Club, Premium Seat inventory, and parking. This is a part-time, seasonal position. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO + Responsible for hiring and training all non-F&B, night-of-show Premium staff for the Vinyl Room and Premium seating areas (e.g., Hosts, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Security). + Ensures integrity of the PSS program and maintains real-time communication to identify and resolve issues quickly. + Leads and manages a team of 15+ to execute premium hospitality operations. + Serves as the main liaison between the PSS team and venue operations. + Coordinates with operations team on the setup, cleanliness and breakdown of Premium areas. + Participates in pre-shift Premium Operations meetings with the PSS team, Club Operations Supervisor, and Regional Premium F&B Manager. + Conducts pre-shift team meetings and handles staff assignments (Boxes, Club Seats, Stage Decks, Rock Boxes, entry gates, etc.). + Monitors all Premium locations throughout the event to ensure exceptional guest experience and compliance. + Surveys boxes to ensure they are not over capacity. + Provides a post-show recap and communicates feedback to the PSS and operations teams. + Assists BOM with ticket issues during shows. + Needs to be available for all show days (30+) and key planning sessions.
