As our new Pricing Analyst, you will sit at the heart of our pricing engine, ensuring contracts are accurate, data is clear, and pricing processes run smoothly. You will support deals that drive our sales, dealer success, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with Volvo Financial Services, Business Control, and our nationwide sales teams, your insights will keep our pricing sharp, accurate, and fair.

You have a strong eye for detail and a structured approach to working with data. Accuracy matters to you, and you understand how financial information underpins business decisions.
You will bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation is essential); Power BI experience is advantageous. A good understanding of financial reconciliation processes and commercial reporting The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage confidential information. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with internal departments and external partners. The capability to run, adapt, and present reports clearly when required by the business.
You will be joining a close-knit team of three, reporting directly to the Head of Pricing. While you will work closely within this small core group, your role also involves collaborating with regional business managers, our dealer network, and the wider Fleet team. Supporting and advising internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure pricing and financial processes are clear and consistently applied across the business
What You Will Do:Manage and respond to queries via the Pricing Administration mailbox, providing clear and timely support. Maintain and update key pricing, provision, and dealer support documents to ensure data integrity and audit readiness. Own all financial elements relating to new truck pricing, including retail pricing, wholesale support, and provision tracking. Maintain accurate provision balances for use in internal controls and external audits. Be the go-to expert for pricing queries from dealers and Volvo Financial Services. Manage month-end sales summaries and national and regional reporting to guide business decisions. Track and analyse campaign take-up, dealer bonuses, and market share, turning data into commercial action. Keep pricing and repair and maintenance support data up to date, organised, and audit ready.
