Job responsibilities

Advises cross-functional teams on technology selection to achieve target state architecture and decisions on improvements to current technologies Develops multi-year roadmaps aligned with business and architecture strategy and priorities Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others Serves as the function’s go-to subject matter expert Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functions Champions the firm’s culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience Possesses deep technical knowledge and excels in communication. Proven track record in managing, coaching, and developing architects. Prior working experience as a Solution Architect across multiple products Advanced knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager Ability to present and effectively communicate to Senior Leaders and Executives Practical cloud native experience Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  Preferably knows chase landscape Good leadership presence
