As Principal Client Services Proj/Prog Mgmt, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of high-value, external customer-facing technical projects by acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing technical and analytical guidance through structured project management methodologies. Applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues. Key Roles and Responsibilities: _(Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:)_ + Comprehensive Project Oversight: + Manage the entire lifecycle of high-value, customer-facing technical projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery + Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination: + Serve as the primary client contact, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure alignment of project objectives and tasks + Technical Guidance and Risk Management: + Provide technical expertise, employ structured methodologies, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues + Performance Tracking and Reporting: + Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality standards + Consultative and Documentation Support: + Offer strategic advice to customers, manage vendor deliverables, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain accurate project documentation + May also provide the vehicle for building and/or venue owners to engage AT&T on network improvements + Leads large, high-value, complex programs with strategic leadership involving new technology, coordinating with multiple organizations, applications and systems + Provides strategic guidance, manages stakeholders, drives automation, and presents to executives and external clients Required Experience: + 8 + years’ experience + Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role + certification is required in some areas Desired Skills: + Handle start to finish contract selection, redlining with legal, negotiations, and signatures for leasing space to facilitate in-building wireless equipment and/or upgrading wireless equipment as needed by RF Engineering and the customer + Interface with all parties involved or affected and negotiate all aspects of the contractual agreements including landlords and 3rd parties while working closely with AT&T Construction & Engineering, RF Engineering, Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Sales, Finance, TAG-LA and sometimes External Affairs, Supply Chain, and Leadership + Implement investment strategies consistently and successfully in all negotiations + Responsible for submitting lease packages along with the required documents into property management systems, with additional responsibility to submit required payments + Attends and participates in weekly and monthly calls with national team and local network engineering markets representing the in-building business development team + Regularly updates trackers and systems with forecast and complete dates as well as any other necessary information regarding assigned projects Desired Education: + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Business preferred Our Principal Client Services Proj/Prog Mgmt earns between $116,700 - $210,100 annually.
