We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and innovative Process Engineer in Technology Transfer to join our cutting-edge team.
As a Process Engineer in Technology Transfer, you will be at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation. Collaborate with our dynamic New Product Introduction and Technical Services Team to identify novel product traits that need engineering solutions. Your mission? To design, implement, and optimize the necessary equipment at both pilot and commercial scales.
The Role:
Engineering Expertise: Develop and optimize processes through experimentation, data analysis, modeling, and simulation.
Process Scale-Up: Ensure successful scale-up, demonstration, and development activities for Zydis products.
Innovation: Investigate technologies to improve sustainability, yield, quality, and efficiency.
Problem Solving: Develop engineering solutions and proactively resolve process issues.
Product Development: Conduct activities to establish robust processes within the product knowledge space.
Technical Support: Provide support during product validation for right-first-time introduction.
The Candidate:
Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience in development, technology transfer, and manufacturing, preferably with pharmaceutical equipment (mixing, freeze drying, packaging, fluid dynamics, powder handling).
Skills: Experience in designing and purchasing operational equipment, process design, and statistical process control.
Attributes: Proactive, methodical, independent worker with a problem-solving mindset.
