Process Technician-3rd Shift
**Job Title: Process Technician - 3rd Shift - Up to $30/hr!** **Responsibilities** + Maximize uptime on all machine centers with the objective of reducing and eliminating downtime. + Set molds, startup and troubleshoot injection molding processes. + Document all process parameters on documents to the Master Setup Sheets. + Ensure all process parameters and mold protection settings meet process requirements. + Make necessary adjustments to prevent part defects. + Respond to all quality and operator issues regarding parts and processes. + Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies. + Drive reduction of scrap through elimination of mold conditions using corrective action and mold maintenance forms. + Maintain a neat and clean environment at all times. + Identify maintenance concerns/issues and assist with resolution. + Participate in mold change activities to reduce downtime and increase uptime and throughput. + Assist with training Process Technicians and Operators when needed. **Essential Skills** + High school diploma or GED + 3-5 years of troubleshooting injection molding + Experience with mold set-ups and troubleshooting + 2 years of process technician experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Troubleshooting + Preventive maintenance + Blueprint reading + Injection mold experience + Plastic molding and repair + Machine operating + Quality control inspection **Work Environment** This position operates in a non-climate controlled environment. The third shift hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am, Monday through Friday, with current operations extending to Saturdays. Enjoy a $2 shift differential for second and third shift work. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
