How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Product Management Manager, you won't just manage a product, you'll own its architecture, shape how it works end-to-end, and ensure it's built for the future. You'll play a critical role in embedding operational excellence and risk controls, enabling digital capabilities, and driving cross-functional transformation.
This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting the dots between business needs, customer experience, and operational performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring clarity, structure, and scale to everything we deliver.

Responsibilities:
· Design and maintain product architecture – ensure product framework is scalable, integrated across platforms and aligned with business and customer needs.
· Develop, optimize, and monitor E2E processes – Build efficient, standardized processes and lead continuous improvement through KPIs tracking and deliver a seamless customer experience.
· Drive product innovation and digital enablement – Identify opportunities to evolve the product through innovation and implement digital tools that enhance value for customers and internal efficiency.
· Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance – implement and monitor controls to maintain operational integrity, mitigate risks, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
· Drive value proposition - for Small Business & Corporate Cards through portfolio insights, P&L management and customer engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
· Strong understanding of product architecture, process optimization, and risk/controls frameworks.
· Proven track record driving product innovation and enabling digital capabilities.
· External vision, capable to be on top of new trends, competence, and opportunities.
· Great relationship management & leadership skills to lead a multidisciplinary teams.
· Superior interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
· Strategic thinker and commercially astute-understand clients' business drivers and resources available to come up with new ideas.
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data.
· Fluent in English written & oral.
· Self-driven & quick learner.
