Job Title: Product Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to define and maintain the strategy and business plan for oncology tissue comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) IVD assay. The role involves collaboration with commercial stakeholders to plan and execute annual sales plans aimed at achieving revenue targets. The Product Manager will partner with product marketing, medical affairs, and other teams to align on strategies that enable product adoption while assessing market needs, gaps, opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape.

ResponsibilitiesProvide on-market product support and facilitate global expansion of the IVD CGP assay.Serve as a customer advocate and represent product management on core teams, driving market requirements and tradeoff decisions.Ensure efficiency and coordination of portfolio activities with other product managers.Partner with Segment and Regional Marketing teams to offer guidance, input, and support for product updates and launches.Offer vision and serve as the key subject matter expert for oncology tissue CGP assays and related strategies across the organization.Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.Essential SkillsProven experience in product management within the IVD or LDT markets.Strong knowledge of the oncology molecular diagnostics testing market and applications.Understanding of clinical customers, laboratory workflows, and validation activities, from sample to result, as well as downstream activities through patient reporting.Familiarity with global regulatory and reimbursement considerations.Knowledge of genomics and next-generation sequencing is preferred.Ability to manage both long-term strategy and executional details.Competence in solving complex problems through robust analysis and multiple data points.Experience in market research, survey analysis, voice of customer, and other foundational marketing and product management activities.Proficiency in creating market models, sales projections, and setting pricing policies.Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing across the organization at all levels.Exceptional time and project management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize competing requests.Strong knowledge of Excel and business modeling.Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or a genomics-related field; MBA preferred.3+ years of experience in product management, preferably molecular testing.5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or another customer-facing role in the Life Sciences or Clinical field; advanced degree can substitute for some work experience.Ability to travel approximately 25% on average.Work Environment

The role operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges. Travel is necessary for approximately 25% of the role, and the work environment encourages collaboration across diverse teams, utilizing technologies such as PCR and NGS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
