Who are we?
Safe & Efficient Driving is one of the technology streams within Vehicle Technology. Our mission is to increase safety for our drivers and other road users and support our customers to operate their fleets in the most efficient way.
We are now looking for a Product Owner for our Data & Simulation team. The position is part of a global and agile team consisting of six members, with colleagues in both Gothenburg and Bangalore, fostering close collaboration across international sites.
What you will do
For us, continuous software integration and deployment play a vital role in accelerating learning and product performance on the one hand. In the other hand, it makes up the foundation for our end-user functions tuning, verification, and validation over time
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the definition and the implementation of the strategy ADAS product development.
Key responsibilities:
Own the definition and prioritization of the product backlog. Support the team in understanding the features defined in the backlog. Ensure high-quality deliverables through a clear definition of acceptance criteria. Be part of the product owners' team and secure alignment on the priorities/dependencies within the Safe & Efficient Driving technology stream.
You will also work with external suppliers who provide licenses and tools used in the virtual environment setup. A supplier-oriented mindset is important, as you will be expected to follow up on both technical deliveries and procurement matters, in close cooperation with Purchasing.

Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent 10+ years of experience in automotive function development, preferably within ADAS Strong background in embedded systems and software development, including system architecture Proven experience in ADAS and vehicle productivity development, in either validation or implementation Solid knowledge of control systems, algorithms, signal processing, filter design, and vehicle dynamics Skilled in systems modeling, simulation, and sensor fusion technologies Experience working in agile environments with familiarity in continuous integration tools and practices
