Job Description

Position Summary

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced, high-quality technical application support services to our customers for our Multifamily business applications.  This role will perform system administration; analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues; collaborate with our customers and product team to deliver enhancements, product features, and innovative solutions to maximize customer experience, process efficiencies, and customer productivity.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provides product support and administration, including incident troubleshooting/resolution, change implementation and customer request fulfillment. (60%)

2. Support cross-functional teams with new property onboarding and setup in our product platforms. (10%)

3. Engage with product vendors to monitor product roadmaps, evaluate/recommend new product features and innovations to deliver a great customer experience, maximize product investments, and enable process efficiencies. (10%)

4. Collaborate with other team members to define continuous process improvements for product support processes, maintain product knowledgebase for our customers, and support the delivery of approved process automation initiatives. (20%)

Education

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Real Estate, or related field.

Note: 5 - 7 Years of relative work experience could offset the minimum educational requirements

Work Experience

Below is the required/preferred work experience for this position:

3 - 4 Years of Information Technology organization experience; Product or Application Support experience required

1 - 2 Years of Property Management System (I.E.Yardi, Real Page, Entrata);

Multifamily/Real Estate industry experience; Customer Service preferred
