**Job Title: Part Time Production Associate** **Job Description** This position is ideal for someone seeking a part-time evening role. Join our dynamic team in Fargo, North Dakota as a Sign Shop Production Worker, where you will manufacture traffic control and specialty signs, fill retail orders, and manage freight. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success in this growing office. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture traffic control and specialty signs. + Detail signs using screen printing, digital printing, and vinyl lettering. + Maintain a neat and orderly Sign Shop and lot. + Pull retail sales material as requested. + Assist 3D managers with quarterly inventory. + Organize and package material sales orders. + Load and unload freight trucks as needed. + Assist in other areas as needed, having basic knowledge of the yard layout. + Participate in weekly Sign Shop meetings covering safety, training, workload deadlines, and product education. + Perform other tasks as defined by the Sign Shop Foreman or 3D Management. **Essential Skills** + Experience with packaging and general production. + Knowledge of construction and packing processes. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to operate a forklift and perform machine operations. + Capability to conduct inspections and assemble components. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Flexibility and willingness to assist in other departments. + Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. + Strong sense of teamwork. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. **Why Work Here?** Joining this team means embracing a work-hard, play-hard culture where trust, respect, and understanding are paramount.
