**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Seeking a full-time day shift Sign Shop Production Worker for the growing Fargo, North Dakota office. The Sign Shop Production Worker will be responsible for manufacturing traffic control and specialty signs, fulfilling retail orders, and loading/unloading freight. The successful candidate must possess a positive attitude and a team mentality. **Responsibilities** + Manufacture traffic control and specialty signs. + Detail signs via screen printing, digital printing, and vinyl lettering. + Maintain a neat and orderly Sign Shop and lot. + Pull retail sales material as requested. + Assist 3D managers with quarterly inventory. + Organize and package all material sales orders. + Load and unload freight trucks as needed. + Have a basic knowledge of the yard layout to assist in other areas. + Participate in weekly Sign Shop meetings focusing on safety, training, workload, deadlines, product education, and knowledge. + Perform other tasks as defined by the Sign Shop Foreman or 3D Management. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in packaging and general production. + Experience with construction and packing. + Skill in using hand and power tools, including fabrication and vinyl assembly. + Ability to operate a tape measure, forklift, and other machinery. + Inspection skills and prior experience as a farm hand or cashier. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Flexibility and willingness to assist in other departments. + Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. + A strong sense of teamwork. + Willingness to work overtime. **Why Work Here?** Joining this team means embracing a work-hard, play-hard culture. The position involves organizing the Yard as well. The shift is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm, totaling 40-50 hours per week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
