Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving Northeast Ohio's need for custom space organization throughout the home.  We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, wall beds, pantries, bookshelves and more.  Our products are of the highest quality.  We have served the NE Ohio market place for 22 years and are part of a nationwide network of companies leading the growing custom storage industry.   We have experienced significant, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit Production Team. Our woodworking facility produces all of the wood components to complete our cabinet product line using the 32-millimeter system. In addition, we offer our clients painted and stained finished wood components.  Members of our factory prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before it is sent to the client’s home. Primary responsibilities will revolve around the creation of production files using CabinetVision software to be run on our 3-Axis Nested Base CNC router used to create client projects. Design files are created by our Design consultants, and it is the responsibility of the cutlister to make the modifications necessary to produce the project, including the following tasks: * Review of Design/Sales Data for completeness * Communication with Design Consultants and Production to assure all required data to manufacture, order specialty items and install our products is present * Creation of instructions and modification of drawings to list installation steps , as required * Specification of special orders to support the build requirements of client projects * Updating of our software with update components, accessories, etc * Communications with Designers and Installers when questions arise * Working for a small Company means that additional responsibilities may be presented at times.  Job Benefits: * Wage Rate $18-20 per Hour based on experience * Full-time, permanent positions * Year round work * Continual Support * Competitive compensation * Medical, Sick Day and Vacation Plans Specific requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree a plus * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required * Very high math competency and basic algebra a necessity * Experience with any 3D CAD system a plus - CabinetVision better * Demonstrate strong attention to detail is required * Woodworking or carpentry installation experience a plus  * Familiarity with the metric system a plus * Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients  A future with Closet Factory has never been brighter.  If you are thinking about taking the next big step in your career, this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
