ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Be responsible for new product introduction, process improvement, cost saving and so on, key roles including but not limited as below:
Capacity planning and analysisTime study with standard methodValue stream design and mappingContinual reduce the manufacturing costLEAN application and build up regular training about LEAN knowledgeYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Production line design and improvement, including layout, work station design and head count planning.Draft & update SOP and conduct relevant training to operators.Design and management of production jigs and tools.Daily production line supporting and troubleshooting.Coordinate and support relevant improvement suggestions of production.Comply with QMS, EHS, 5S and business compliance requirement.Support R&D for new production introduction.Support for production invest planning.Supporting relevant function for defect analysis.Other work assigned by supervisor.职位要求
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline, with 2-4 years’ experience.Experience with knowledge of processing and assembly.Familiar with LEAN methodology.Grasp knowledge of IE such as Ergonomics, MSD, SOS, WCT.Aware project management process/production and quality methods.Good English reading and writing skill.额外信息
