Production Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee Manufacturing and Packaging teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and safety. Ensure adherence to cGMP, Health & Safety, and regulatory standards. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and drive KPI performance. Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to enhance equipment and production systems.

Production Manager Qualifications:

Degree/diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of leadership experience in a cGMP-regulated environment. Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and implement best practices. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is an asset).
