Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor to oversee the operations and ensure the smooth flow of product and processes within our food manufacturing facility. This role involves maintaining quality standards from raw materials to finished products, while also adhering to production schedules and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Own overall product and process flow, adjusting where needed to ensure everything meets our quality standards, from raw materials to testing finished products.
+ Manage reporting such as daily usage and production summaries, and quality reports, and adhere to production schedules, adjusting as needed.
+ Ensure all paperwork is in order for audits and maintain the functionality of production equipment.
+ Follow safety procedures and ensure that employees reporting to you adhere to these safety standards.

+ Hands-on experience required

+ 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry
Work Environment
This role requires working the night shift within a food manufacturing facility. The harvest season starts in July and continues through September, necessitating alternative hours to meet production demands. The environment is dynamic, offering internal growth opportunities as the company expands.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $81000.00/yr.
medical, dental, vision, long term and short term disability as well as 401k. The 401k has a 180 day waiting period but the other benefits start at hire.

Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in New London,WI.
