**Duration: 05 months contract** **Job Description:** + Responsible for printing, organizing and validating document packages. Ensuring all necessary information is readily available and accessible to all relevant team members. + Tasked with data validation duties including verifying job start dates, correct reference matching to maintain accuracy and efficiency. + In charge of delivering and organizing jobs in the kitting room, ensuring all tasks are properly allocated and ready for implementation. + Entrusted with entering the complete status of each job into the system, providing updates to the team and ensuring everyone is aware of the progress and completion of tasks. + Maintains inventory by identifying, labelling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory + Locates and verifies materials listed on production orders + Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed + Any other related duties as required **Experience:** + Manufacturing and/or production planning experience desired but not required. **Skills:** + Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook + Previous production planning experience preferred (even one year is ok).
