Production Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position$22.00 to $23.00 /hourVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Responsible for supervising, training, and coordinating activities of associates within the cellResponsible for quality within the cellResponsible for coaching and counseling of associates (WI18-09)Preparation of all required production reportsConducts weekly cell meetingsAdministers daily overtime for lead person, and material handler within their cellMonitors vacation requests and scheduling of vacation for lead person and material handler to attain adequate coverageCompletes Training/Evaluation Forms for new associates, material handlers and lead persons within the cell for 30/60-day intervals after associates are hired or start a new position (WI18-006)

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

Experience with injection mold machinesPrevious leadership experience in manufacturingGood communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skillsSatisfactory work record, including attendanceWillingness to work overtime during the week and weekends when necessaryHigh degree of attention and care required to prevent injury to self and others
