What You'll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate daily precast production activities to meet quality and delivery targetsMonitor and optimize workflow, ensuring safety and efficiency across all production stagesSupport and coach team members to foster a high-performance, collaborative environmentTroubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

What Are We Looking For

Strong leadership and team coordination skills in a manufacturing or production settingProven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSolid understanding of precast concrete processes, quality control, and safety practicesEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic, hands-on production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. The position may require standing for extended periods, operating equipment, and working in varying weather conditions.
