Our client is seeking a Production Technician to work within their facilities located in South Texas (Blackhawk area - near Karnes City and DeWitt County) on an initially 8-month assignment (with the possibility of extension / becoming permanent).

 

Role Overview

Enter all required information into a production accounting application. Check all production equipment for leaks and report any issues. Gauge tanks and accurately report well downtime. Conduct well tests and enter all casing reading as needed. Check and input chemical tank inventory. Run and inspect well plungers. Start and stop gas lift compressors. Witness oil tank sales and review and approve water and oil tickets. Keep locations in good working order. Follow all safety expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in production, compressors, pumps, and artificial lifts. Optional knowledge of production accounting application, well testing, casing reading, chemical tank inventory, well plungers, gas lift compressors, oil tank sales, and water and oil tickets.

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Tuesday, 6am to 4pm CT
