Professional Counselor

Professional Counselor at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR. 

Per Diem/Variable

The Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients.

Required Qualifications: 

Master's Degree - Counseling or related field.  Professional Counselor License upon hire.  Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1 year - Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
