Program Document Controller - Gateway Program

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and collaborative Program Document Controller located in Toronto, Ontario who will have the opportunity to work on Gateway project that bring innovative solutions to our client’s challenges across Ontario, Canada. * Ensures that document management aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations. * Maintains accurate records and ensures the consistent application of document control processes across the program. * Organize, store and retrieve documents efficiently using document management systems * Accurately enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets for documents and administrative activities * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documents and transactions * Create and manage physical and electronic filling systems * Manages effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders. * Supports the reporting, change management and contract processes across the program. * Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of GTAA staff. * Provide administrative support to the program functions including scheduling meetings, managing onboarding processes, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. * As part of overall reporting generate reports and summaries based on document data and administrative activities * Minimum 5 years of experience with document management and control * Exposure to document management workflows and systems (e.g., Oracle Unifier Document Module, Aconex, ProjectWise) * Completion of a diploma in a related discipline or equivalent * Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident interacting with a variety of program stakeholders.
