About the role

As the Program Engineering Manager for Babcock’s JP9101 projects, you will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Your leadership style promotes capability growth, knowledge sharing, and talent development. You’re passionate about mentoring team members, driving process improvements, and building sustainable engineering practices.

With an excellent understanding of design, integration, and support techniques—and a keen awareness of emerging technologies—you’re ready to deliver innovative solutions that not only meet the needs of the JP9101 program, but also contribute to the broader goals of Babcock and the communities we serve.

To be successful in this position you will bring:

Extensive experience in relatable technical/engineering roles. Proven experience in managing applicable engineering function and/or technical delivery.
