ADP is hiring a Program Manager

ADP has built, and maintains, a global network of local payroll providers (ICP Network) covering 140+ countries in order to provide payroll management services to our global clients. Because our ICP Network manages some of our clients’ most sensitive employee information, it is imperative that they meet ADP’s exact quality and security standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of the Third-Party Risk Management Program by recommending and implementing new methodologies and best practices.

Because of ADP ever-growing country coverage and the regulations and laws that are constantly changing, there is a constant increase in compliance risks and a need to constantly adapt and improve our compliance program and process.
