Program Manager III / Executive Communications Lead San Diego, California **Hybrid** Contract Up to $88.21/hr Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a **Communications Program Manage** r (Marketing) to join their team in **San Diego, CA!** You will have the opportunity to work a **hybrid** schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) The ideal candidate will have a **Communications background** with a focus on **Content Creation** and has a **marketing frame of mind** that can amply the messaging of what the engineers are doing, both to internal staff and external masses. This person would have been anchored deep in company transformation from a **technology standpoint** . The role is critical in fostering and amplifying a strong culture where engineers leverage AI proficiency to design, build, and deliver done-for-you transformative experiences. You will bridge engineering teams with the wider organization, ensuring their work's value and impact are effectively communicated and recognized. **Contract Duration:** 12 months (possibility to extend) **Required Skills and Experience:** + Tech and AI-savvy Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field. + **10+ years of experience -** Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within a technology environment leading multiple complex comms programs end-to-end. + Communication Program Manager who can tell the team's story about what the engineering team is doing. + Need an execution mindset. + Content-focused creation - Marketing **Preferred Skills:** + AI savvy/background **What You Will Be Doing** + Work closely with VEP (Virtual Expert Platform) leadership to develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies, campaigns and plans to support the goals of the organization. + Create and implement comprehensive communication plans to drive employee engagement and promote builder culture, including newsletters, blog posts, presentations, and events. + Deeply involved in the communication strategy and well aware of the goals, can start crafting campaigns and the plan for the team. + Employee engagement + Promoting Builder culture. Craft Newsletters to CTO-type individuals and business leaders. + Think about the strategic way of communication + Working closely with the leader of this organization. + Defining communication strategy and measuring the strategy.
