Project Administrator
Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative and office support for multiple professionals, including supervisors, managers, and managing directors. You will be responsible for fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, and planning meetings and events, which includes placing meal orders. Strong calendar management and the ability to make travel arrangements are essential.

ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative and office support activities for multiple professionals.Field telephone calls and direct visitors appropriately.Plan meetings and events, including placing meal orders.Manage calendars and make travel arrangements.Utilize various software, including databases and presentation software.Read, analyze, and proof documents, emails, and presentations.Organize daily workload by priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Approach tasks with proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities.Maintain professional-level verbal and written communication skills.Essential Skills1-3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Ability to learn tasks quickly and keep up with a fast-paced working environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with Oracle is preferable.Experience with project coordination and project management.Skills in data entry and customer service.Ability to schedule meetings and provide administrative support.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.Work Environment

This position is based in Atlanta, GA offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Emphasis is placed on strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing scenarios. The role requires a professional demeanor and attire suitable for a corporate setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
