Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect/Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on production and documentation. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for interior design and proficiency in Revit. This position is supporting clients in the entertainment industry so the ideal candidate would be up to date on pop culture and have a high interest in movies, TV, and the music industry.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality design and execution.Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.Oversee the production of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.Essential SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software.Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with sustainable design practices.Knowledge of building codes and regulations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Registered architect.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $63.00/hr.
