Project Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to support a range of commercial projects in the Colorado Market. Projects range from multifamily, affordable housing, government, and education sectors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging directly with clients, consulting on design specifications, materials, colors, equipment, estimated costs, and construction timelines. Furthermore, the candidate should be adept at collaborating with leaders to develop design concepts, conducting research, and inspecting work. Experience with ground-up commercial projects from inception to completion is essential for this position.

Qualifications:

NAAB-accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree8+ years of experienceCurrent architect licenseProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and OutlookStrong design and problem solving skillsAbility to learn and adaptA high level of collaboration and communication with other team membersKnowledge of building codes and construction practices

Work Environment:

This company is based in Denver, CO and provides a hybrid work schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $53.00/hr.
