Project Coordinator
Cennox Project and Security Solutions, CPSS, provides project management, ATM services, and electronic security for government, financial, and commercial industries across the United States. Summary:
A customer-oriented, organized individual to help our team ensure our customers’ satisfaction. This position will be the customer contact for matters regarding pricing, scheduling, installing, and generating work orders. Additionally, will aid in the creation of staffing requisitions and the recording and monitoring of data in management information system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*All listed duties are required to be performed within a 24-hour window or in accordance with the service-level agreementProvide information, resolve problems, and advise customers on products and/or services, ensuring customer satisfactionRespond to customer inquiries and provide information pertaining to modifications of existing or potential ordersOrganize workload to ensure deadlines are met; schedule work assignments in order of priority and date receivedResearch information, compile statistics, gather and compute various dataInitiate, code, review, and process work orders for products and/or servicesResolve customer requests for adjustments in work orders or billingReview, monitor, and process all correspondence to and from customers; coordinate the submission of periodic reports to managementCreate and maintain manual and computerized records of equipment inventory, work orders, accounts payable, billing records, and other pertinent informationRecord and monitor labor, materials, and payroll data for the shopPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including Admin duties related to processing customer deliverables; Photo, paperwork, scope of work descriptions, etc.Create staffing requisitions for field employees and subcontractors Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Ability to resolve customer complaints and concernsKnowledge of planning and scheduling techniquesSkill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environmentExtensive experience in creating and managing complex Excel spreadsheets, performing data analysis, and using advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macrosStrong ability to integrate and manage data across multiple Microsoft applications to streamline workflows and enhance productivityEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reportsKnowledge of specified products and/or services offered to customersSkill in organizing resources and establishing prioritiesAbility to listen and follow directivesAbility to prepare routine administrative paperworkAbility to resolve difficult or stressful customer service issuesAbility to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projectsMust return satisfactory background investigation
Physical Requirements:Vision correctable to 20/20Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usageAbility to sit and stay focused for long periods of timeKnowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
