Job DescriptionQWA is responsible for all advisory project-based activities related to milestone solutions ensuring that best practices are implemented, and deliverables are executed with operational efficiencies. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders, project teams and subject matter experts (SME’s) providing leadership and holistic solutions for cross-functional business groups. Additionally, QWA functions for clients as well, this role will be required to leverage similar knowledge in expertise to map out business processes and compare to best practices to find efficiencies and new solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
This individual will report into the Advisory practice and is responsible for providing project coordination to support the service line. These duties include, but are not limited to: project lifecycle documentation, booking client meetings/workshops and overall project coordination efforts. Responsible for client confidential and time sensitive material.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred, but not requiredDemonstrate written and oral communication skillsDemonstrate ability to work independently and as a teamCapable of switching gears quickly and efficientlyFamiliarity with Microsoft Office software (TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with Smartsheets (resource management and reporting), Mural and/or similar collaboration toolsAbility and willingness to work cooperatively with othersHigh degree of discretion dealing with confidential informationAssist in the creation of client presentations utilizing PowerPoint and Excel, collating data with use of PivotTables and VlookupMaintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumersFlexible and able to assist with various project management requests, as requestedAdditional Information
