We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely projects. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
ResponsibilitiesManage permitting and close-out of permits.Coordinate subcontracts, lien waivers, sub warranties, and sub insurance.Handle AIA GC/Owner Contracts and AIA Billing.Delegate job assignments and schedule job personnel.Oversee licensing and data entry for budgets and billings.Perform human resource functions and miscellaneous office duties.Essential Skills5+ years of project administration/coordination experience with a general contractor.Strong skills in construction, document control, and administration.Experience with RFI, change orders, submittal logs, shop drawings, and scheduling.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Thorough understanding of AIA Contract Documents.Additional Skills & Qualifications10+ years of project administration/coordination is preferred.3+ years of experience in commercial construction is preferred.Experience with Procore is a plus.Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and construction documents.Understanding of job costs and associated cash-flow.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in an office environment located in Boca Raton and requires full-time in-office attendance. Our company utilizes state-of-the-art computerized management information systems for estimating, project management, CPM scheduling, and job cost accounting. As a smaller company, we have less red tape and offer profit-sharing opportunities in the form of quarterly bonuses. Our projects are typically smaller, ranging from $100K to $1 million, and are fast-moving with turnover times of 1-4 months.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $43.27/hr.
