Project Coordinator
Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our approved ERP Replacement initiative. In this role, you will work closely with the internal ERP Project Manager, external vendor project leads, and the internal PMO Director to ensure the initiative remains on track. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and regularly update the project health dashboard (currently in SmartSheet) to provide accurate and timely status reporting. Track project tasks and deliverables, assisting task owners in maintaining up-to-date progress and documentation. Prepare meeting agendas and capture detailed minutes; log key decisions, risks, and issues in project tracking tools. Support project governance by identifying, documenting, and following up on risks, decisions, and action items. Partner with communication and change management teams to support stakeholder communication planning and content development. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and other key engagements. Monitor items impacting the project budget and ensure alignment with established budget tracking tools. Provide general project support and coordination as needed throughout the lifecycle of this large-scale initiative. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience supporting large-scale IT or ERP projects preferred. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence). Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in a PMO or project support function is a plus.
