Project Documentation Administrator with German
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Verify and check customer purchase order ( _short PO);_ + Update the ERP system documentation status according to business requirements/specifics; + Collect, coordinate and control qualitatively the electronic documentation from Factories / Customer and other sources (certifications, technical passports); + Handle Emerson-standard documentation, including creation, verification, and maintenance of cover sheets, purchase orders, and checklists; + Act as interface between the following teams: Factory, Sales Office, Project and Customer Administration, Engineering; + Crafting Technical Passports adapting the standard legal version to the customer specifications/country or region specification; + Prepare user documentation, including editing manuals using templates, formatting in Adobe Acrobat, and applying bookmarks as needed; + Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding; **Who Are You :** You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You push yourself and help others achieve results. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or a related field — or equivalent work experience; + Proficient in English and German (minimum B2 level or higher); + At least 1 year of experience in business administration processes; + Familiarity with customer documentation standards and compliance requirements; + Basic experience using documentation platforms or applications such as DocPro, ORACLE, JDE, WCC, AutoCAD, CRM, or OCM. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Familiarity with technical documentation guidelines; + Experience collaborating with both internal teams and external customers; + Hands-on involvement in the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process. **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
