We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join a dynamic team, working onsite full-time in Frankfort, KY. This role is part of a groundbreaking $150 million mixed-use development project known as The Paddocks of Frankfort, featuring a new 128,000 square foot Target store. This premier destination is set to significantly impact the local economy, creating 1,732 construction jobs over a three-year period.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the onsite Superintendent with various tasks.Support technology-related activities.Update project schedules.Coordinate with cross-functional teams.Conduct site inspections.Provide technical support.Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.Manage project resources.Prepare status reports for stakeholders.Essential SkillsExperience with Microsoft Office suite.Proficiency in construction scheduling software.Experience on construction sites with heavy equipment and safety standards.3 or more years of construction experience.Motivated self-starter with the ability to find tasks to help.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 or 30 certification.Proficiency with Procore.Associate degree or higher.Work Environment

The role requires working onsite five days a week, with a commitment of 40 to 45 hours per week. The work environment involves active construction sites with exposure to heavy equipment. This position offers a phone allowance or a company phone, and the opportunity to secure a full-time role if willing to relocate to Columbus, Indiana at the end of the project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/hr.
