Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on commercial construction projects ranging from $5 to $15 million in size, including healthcare, sr living, and higher education facilities. ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of projects.Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.Utilize Procore software for project management and documentation.Conduct occasional site visits to ensure project progression and compliance.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction with a general contractor.Proficiency in project management and coordination.Experience with projects ranging from $5 to $15 million.Familiarity with healthcare, retirement community/homes/ living, and higher education construction projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Procore software is a plus.Strong skills in design, estimation, and project scheduling.Aspiration to grow from Project Engineer to Project Manager.Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, with occasional site visits required. The company offers a supportive and growth-oriented environment, with benefits including 15 days of PTO, 6 holidays, profit sharing options, and a 3% match on 401k.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
