Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer to design and manage industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, engineering project management, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role involves close integration with controls and design engineers, vendor coordination, and scope management. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring all project requirements are clearly documented and communicated to all project stakeholders through the creation of design basis document, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). As part of these duties, they will forecast the work hours to completion and managing adherence to schedule are critical for project success. Candidates will contribute to continuous improvement (CI) of engineering processes. Up to 20% travel domestically to project sites.

Salary: $120,000-140,000k
