Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of an industrial capital project transitioning from plasma cutting to laser cutting equipment.
Job Requirements:
BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale engineering and infrastructure capital projects
Proficiency in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and risk identification/resolution
Experience with OSHA standards and compliance
Skilled in project planning and tracking software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Gantt charts)
Preferred Skills:
Experience coordinating cross-functional industrial teams
Strong understanding of plant layout and redesign processes
Job Responsibilities:
Outline the industrial capital project and establish project goals
Collaborate with functional group leads to create and manage a WBS and tracking system
Identify project critical path, risks, and contingencies
Work with internal teams on plant layout and redesign
Track project adherence to the plan, identify challenges, and develop solutions
Communicate project status and solutions to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Pay Details: $58.00 to $78.00 per hour
