The successful candidate will be capable of successfully leading their assigned projects from buyout through closeout. More specific responsibilities include: + Assists with monthly billings, cash flow projections, and processing change orders. + Reviews mock-up and/or shop drawings and specifications. + Responsible for review and maintenance of subcontractor non-compliance and coordinates with QA/QC. + Verifies that all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawings and specifications. + Identifies critical work items, procures long-lead items, orders and schedules material deliveries. + Assists in preparing work plans. + Assists in managing document control, project safety, and environmental requirements. + Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations to include health, safety, and welfare as appropriate. + Performs material quantity takeoffs from contract documents. + Assists in the supervision of field operations. + Assists in preparing purchase orders and subcontracts. + Assists in preparing schedules and performing updates. + Provides field support and supervises subcontractor operations **REQUIREMENTS:** + Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from accredited institution and 10 or more years of relevant experience. + Experience on construction projects over 100 million + Experience preparing cost reports + Knowledge of legal/contract and claims processes + Proficiency with MS Office software ; familiar with industry software such as Procore, Primavera P6. + Strong written and verbal skills **_Tutor Perini builds extraordinary projects with exceptional talent.
