About the Role:Leading project sessionsEffective task delegation and management of project teamManaging project progressEnsuring projects meet deadlines and operate within the authority's approval budget Managing relationships with stakeholder, clients and usersOverseeing and maintaining proper records of all projects documentationAssisting the Authority throughout the tender process from drafting of tender documents, evaluation of tender offers received, recommending to authority for awards and managing the contractors after awardAnticipate program/project risk and assist the Authority in risk management such as identifying potential roadblocks early to the authority, as well as to recommend measurers to mitigate the associated riskDesigning plans and protocols for the project team such as projects progress inspection and reporting framework, and put them in to practice so as to ensure efficient execution of the projectsConducting project review, regular collection of project data (such as project progress, expenditure and cashflow) and submitting detailed report to the AuthorityProposed, adjustment, evaluate and recommend contract variations to the projects to the Authority as and when requiredOptimizing and improving processes to increase work efficiency.About You:
Degree / Diploma / Project Management or equivalent2 to 3 years relevant experience in property / estate / Project ManagementKnowledge in project management in the facilities industryPossess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholdersWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
