Reporting to the Manager Business Operations You will lead projects from concept through commercialization to support our needs. Using Conagra processes, you will help ensure the integration of initiatives into business processes are implemented by developing and managing project timelines, identifying and solving problems, and collaboratively leading cross-functional teams.

Manage Innovation, Renovation, Cost Savings, Product/Process Improvement, and Supply Continuity projects through commercializationDevelop and manage project timelinesLead problem identification activities and drive solutionsCollaborate with cross functional partners including R&D, Supply Planning, Marketing, Manufacturing, and RegulatoryTrack material run outs and transitionsTrack SAP setup of new itemsProcess gap identification and solution recommendationPosition Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, Packaging Engineering or related areas requiredMinimum 3 years' experience managing multiple projects. Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
