THE ROLE
Timeline Touring in collaboration with 724 Management is a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Project Manager – Touring to oversee all aspects of planning, execution, and delivery of live touring projects. This role is central to ensuring tours are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate has a passion for live events, exceptional logistical and interpersonal skills, and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
+ Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of touring projects, from pre-production through to final performance and wrap-up.
+ Develop and manage tour schedules, budgets, contracts, and production timelines.
+ Coordinate with artists, agents, venues, crew, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
+ Manage travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries for crew and talent.
+ Oversee technical and production requirements in collaboration with production and stage managers.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all tour locations.
+ Monitor and mitigate risks, solve logistical challenges, and provide real-time problem-solving during the tour.
+ Track project deliverables and provide regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Lead post-tour evaluations and compile reports to improve future processes.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
+ 3+ years of experience in touring, production, or event project management
+ Proven ability to manage multiple live events simultaneously
+ Relationships with key vendors across production, staging, and travel
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills under pressure
+ Ability to develop creative, innovative and execute tour concepts and logistics.
+ Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Strong reporting skills and ability to synthesize performance data
+ Must be able to multitask, be detail oriented with a strong emphasis on organization and communication.
+ A positive attitude with an ability to adapt to various situations and personalities under pressure.
+ Availability to travel and work nights/weekends as needed

The expected compensation for this position is:
$80,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
