As the Program Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager of Engineer & Program Management. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within our innovative preservation solutions division. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure timely project delivery. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular communication on project status, addressing any concerns or changes promptly. Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Significant relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Proven experience in project management in the food processing or preservation industry, strongly perferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Project Management Professional certification, strongly preferred Travel & Location 15-25% required to travel to various JBT and/or customers’ sites inside and outside of the U.S COMPENSATION RANGE: $115,000.00-$125,000.00. Compensation is determined on experience and skill. This job description is a general description of essential job functions.
