Job Summary:
Miller Brother Staffing is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager for a well-established manufacturer in the food service equipment industry. This role is responsible for managing full project lifecycles, from design and fabrication through installation and commissioning, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Manage equipment orders and ensure projects meet all scope requirements.

Coordinate design and fabrication with vendors, engineers, and internal teams.

Oversee project execution from pre-production through installation and startup.

Serve as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring clear communication and professional service.

Analyze project costs and monitor budget vs. actual throughout project lifecycle.

Provide field and site management to ensure safety, professionalism, and project timelines are upheld.

Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs within the company.

Requirements:

3+ years of project management experience (preferably in manufacturing or food equipment sectors).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Experience with CAD and SolidWorks.

Technical knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical systems.

Site supervision and metal fabrication experience strongly preferred.

Must be able to travel 30–40% of the time (all travel expenses covered).

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Bonus Opportunities: Based on performance and project outcomes
