Position: Project Manager
Location: Karlstad Sweden

Main responsibilities: Managing, leading, planning and coordinating multi-discipline engineering projects Contract management and ensuring that the customer and company's requirements and are met in project Monitor and report the progress including costs, quality and time Identify potential additional works and work actively towards increased scope and margin Identify changes and delays and take the necessary actions.
Eg. acceleration measures, EOT-Claims, Change orders Conduct regular risk assessments and evaluations including definition of mitigative actions Participating in sales and offering stages of projects, active engagement in customer relationships Leading the project team (local and global) in a holistic manner and take responsibility for the team and ownership of the project Cooperating and communicating with the company organisation globally to ensure customer satisfaction Involvement in local and international customer projects acting as a key player in developing and growing project business for the company Metrics/KPIs Budget adherence (check planned vs. actual, check vs. KPIs) Schedule adherence (check planned vs. actual) Ensure quality and customer satisfaction (Customer satisfaction survey) Qualifications: Strong experience of industrial plant engineering projects B.Sc or M.Sc in Engineering or relevant engineering fields of study with professional experience Leadership skills and experience of a leading role Ability to build a team from different countries and disciplines Capability to lead people including excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, team-spirit and driving attitude Experience in contract and requirement management is a strong asset in this position Willingness to travel occasionally Previous experience of engineering business culture and customer interface Previous experience from global project environments are seen as an advantage Previous work experience as lead engineer within piping, process, EIA or similar is seen as an advantage Strong communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English is a must
