Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to secure business opportunities, prepare and submit bid packages, and provide precise quotes or estimates for ongoing projects. They will also be responsible for project tracking, follow-up, and ensuring that projects remain within budget and on schedule.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with customers to obtain business or project opportunities.Assist in the creation and submittal of bid packages.Provide accurate quotes or estimates for jobs for current customers.Write up and deliver on the estimations.Utilize Microsoft Excel for project tracking and follow-up.Maintain communication with customers during and after project completion.Take orders or RFQs from customers and respond promptly.Schedule crews for the jobs to ensure timely completion.Ensure projects stay under budget and on schedule.Attend construction subcontractor meetings.Work with clients on any change orders or take-offs.Act as a face-to-face representative on the projects being managed.Essential SkillsExperience in construction management and project management.Strong background in construction and engineering.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking.2+ years of estimation experience.2+ years of construction project management experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree in Construction Management is preferred.Work Environment

The role requires working both in the office and in the field. In the office, the Project Manager will focus on bids, responses, scheduling, and reporting. In the field, they will assist with project completion to ensure everything remains on track. The job can be stressful and involves tight deadlines, requiring candidates to possess strong stress management skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
