The Project Manager will support the purchasing of materials and equipment for traveling Project Management Teams. This role involves collaboration with the RSR group and requires effective coordination and procurement skills to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and support the purchasing process for materials and equipment needed by Project Management Teams.
+ Utilize the Coupa Procurement tool for effective procurement and purchasing management.
+ Coordinate with remote teams and ensure efficient project management using Smartsheets and Excel.
+ Handle change orders and project coordination tasks.
+ Maintain and update project documentation and records.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in project management and procurement processes.
+ Experience with Coupa Procurement tool.
+ Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Products.
+ Experience in project coordination and change order management.
+ Ability to work with Smartsheets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A bachelor's degree may be required.
+ 4-7 years of experience in project management or administration.
+ 2-4 years of experience in an admin or office setting.
+ 1-2 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
+ 4-6 years of experience using Coupa Procurement.
+ 2-4 years of experience using Smartsheets.
Work Environment
This role involves working remotely as part of a team that supports the REI Project Management team. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, relying heavily on technology and digital communication tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
