We have an exciting opportunity to join our Project Management team as a Project Manager.  This is an on-site role where you'll be at the heart of innovation and excellence. As a Project Manager, you will lead and drive groundbreaking New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and enhance existing commercial products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll shape the future of pharmaceutical solutions.

The Role

Project Management – Lead projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Customer Communication – Act as the primary contact for all project matters.

Team Leadership – Build and guide cross-functional teams, managing meetings.

Progress Monitoring – Track milestones to keep the program on schedule.

Issue Resolution – Identify and escalate challenges to key stakeholders.

Customer Advocacy – Represent the customer's interests within the organization.

Change Coordination – Document and communicate project modifications.

Business Development – Strengthen customer relationships and secure repeat business.

The Candidate

Customer-Focused & Personable – Strong dedication to customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualifications – Preferred degree: BSc/MSc or BEng/MEng in a scientific, engineering, or relevant discipline.

Industry Experience – Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing, or production is essential.

Organized & Results-Driven – Highly structured, deadline-oriented, and thrives under pressure.

Knowledge of Drug Development – Understanding of the drug development process.

Technical Skills – Proficiency in MS Project and timeline management.

Effective Communicator – Ability to present complex issues clearly, professionally, and concisely.

Negotiation Expertise – Skilled at handling difficult discussions with professionalism and strategic thinking
