Project Manager Details:

Direct Hire position$70,000.00 to $85,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftLead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Manage project timelines and resource allocation effectively.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Utilize project management software to track progress and report on project status.Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address any issues that arise.Implement best practices in project management to ensure the integrity and quality of our projects. 

Project Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment or similar field.Self-starter with the ability to organize and prioritize work and deadlines.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
