Project Manager Assistant (IH Project Assistant 1)
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated **Project Manager Assistant (IH Project Assistant 1)** to support our project management team in overseeing various projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager Assistant will support new NYCHA contract operationally (data entry, preparing documents, QAQC, tracking, uploading) **Minimum Requirements:** + Associate/Bachelor's Degree preferred + 0-3 years of experience + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work + Strong organizational and planning skills + Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook, Adobe Acrobat **Technical Requirements:** + Data management and analysis (using Excel and client specific system) + Tabulation of data and report tracking generation (Excel and client specific system) + Preparation of Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat formatted transmittals/documents + Uploading electronic documents to client’s web-based platform + Working understanding of Adobe Acrobat PDF Creation/Manipulation **Other Miscellaneous Qualities:** + Attentive to detail + Organized and efficient + Dependable **Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Primary responsibility will be data entry and management of large Excel data files. + Track project status and report completion + Track Accounts Receivable, WIP + Upload project information into on-line software system + Assist with processing, formatting and QAQC of outgoing documents including Excel spreadsheets and final reports **ATLAS EEOC Statement** **Atlas is an equal opportunity employer.
